Fina is know for strength building as well as fat shredding. How much fat are we talking about?1% bf?3% bf? 5% bf? Just wondering how much is the average loss.     | ||

I don;t know that you can honestly say that fina is really any better than anything else for fat lose. Most gear will give you the allusion of fat loss because as you get bigger, your body will use some fat reserves for energy. The only true way to unload the fat is by increasing your body temp, diet and cardio. There is a short window for this because your body will adjust and add the fat back. BPP | ||

Fina made me harder and yes I grew and looked leaner. Of course my metabolism went up so I guess I may have gotten a bit leaner and definately looked it. But I do not think that it is a fat burner. Truth |
