bro I had the same promblem, its not enough carbs I'm telling you. I had almost this same post about a week ago, the board suggested more carbs. I now have a red bull before workouts and sip on a carbo force during, my workouts are the best they have been in a while. pop a vivarin about 20 minutes before you workout. good luck and have fun....... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, I've only been training for less than a year, but I find it's much better to do a 2 on 1 off type schedule. That way I can replace all my glycogen on that off day and be more ready all the time. Otherwise on the 3rd and 4th day I'm flat and really week. A good rule of thumb is to have your simple and complex carbs after your workouts. THIS will protect your next workouts from haulting or not gaining on strength. Get this, carbs are the ones that get you going, energy and strength-wise, protein just builds the muscle. Period. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

try Ripped Force, Ultimate Orange, or Thermo Speed right before your workout. Works every time even if you don't carb up. I like to sip while I do a little warm up on cardio then finish it during my workout. I sweat like crazy and I feel strong throughout the workout. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

It could be a lot of things. You could be oversleeping or not sleeping enough. When you oversleep your body feels run down and if you train that day, you will feel very weak. The same goes for not sleeping enough. The others reasons could be that you are not eating enough carbs or at all. Also does it feel like this always or just at the middle to end of the week? I have had the same problems when I cut up for a contest with 50-100mg/day of winny in powdered form along with a bunch of fat-burning accesories. You could use some GHB precursors to counteract this problem though; such as furanone, GBL, and 1,4 butanediol. I've never heard of carbs b4 w/o slowing natural GH production. Even if it does, like the other bros said the benefeits outweigh the losses. You need carbs ...and lots of them. I eat them in my food all day, if I don't I feel weak. I also use maltodextrin b4, during and after workout.
