bro? i have then same damn prob!! i doubt it will speed it up, i wouldn't even lift andthing until it heals, that's what my doctor told me to do, he said it may never heal!! but in that case, i'll start lifting if it doesn't heal for a very long time becuase my cycle will be here in 3 days!! late -mike ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Gentlemen, Always take your doctor's advice. Lifting too soon may damage you for life. Especially if the steroids mask the true pain and you re-injure yourself. You have your whole life to lift. Get healthy first. Did you injure your rotor cuff doing behind the neck seated presses?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
