It will aid in preserving muscle mass while simultaniously shedding bodyfat.Cut back on your volumne(total#of sets)and don't hit the cardio too hard until you go back on your actual cutting cycle. | ||

If you are finishing up your cycle,you can begin light cardio,in the neighborhood of 30 miutes 2-3 days a week,preferably first thing in the morning,on an empty stomach(as this will accelerate fat loss further.)Try to keep your workout poundages as heavy as possible,just cut back on the total number of sets you do,and try to make each workout shorter in duration.Get in,bang it out,and get out. | ||

With clen,you start out at the lowest possible dose(each tablet contains 20mcg).Start out at 1-2 tabs the first day,spread a couple of hours apart,Each consecutive day,add one more tablet,until you start to notice your hands shaking/warm feeling all over.At this point back down one tablet-boom!you've found your daily tolerance.This should be ran in a two week on,two week off pattern,with an ephedrine/caffeine combo ran the two weeks you're off the clen.For the E/C stack,just use whatever their recommended dosage on the bottle says.Run this two week on,two week off pattern until you have taken as much time off the steroids as your cycle of steroids lasted.As for deca/primo-400mgs/weekly of both substances ran for 8 weeks in length would be ideal. |
