Best training for abs is with swiss ball, because it allows for the full range of motion. Just put a plate on your chest and crunch away. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

get on the pulldown machine backwards then pull the weight down behind your neck and then crunch about 20 times ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Abs...something I have grown to love. I'm not one to do 1000 crunches every day. I have found that if you want the chucky abs to appear used wieghts all the time. OOH and a BF of less than 10%. I do my ab workouts in the morning about 4 times a week. Rotate your ab exercises each day. Start of leg raises one etc etc - But make sure you target the upper, lower and obliques.
