My diet will determine the fat loss i achieve in my up coming cycle of winny and decca ...but I want to know what training factors will help me (along with the winny and decca) in order to shape and chisle my muscles. I AM LOOKING FOR A LOT OF MUSCLE SEPARATION. In regards to THIS:

1 what rep range should i use?
2 what rep speed should i use (ex. 2-1-2)?

I don't believe that rep speed has much to do with muscle seperation(you do need to keep the weight under control..lowering the weight is as important as raiseing it...2 second up 2 seconds down)...It is strictly a function of body fat level and your ability to flex them properly...Now thier are those who would diagree with me(I also don't believe that high reps will cut you up anymore than lower reps!)Some would say that you need to explode out of the bottom of the rep (it is more of a physcological thing then a reality as the weight is heavy you cannot explode unless the weight is too light)some would say that the optimum time for the muscle to work is 60-70 seconds..2seconds up 2 second down...= 12-15 reps...or whar ever pace and rep speed combo you choose...opinions are like asshole everbody has got one.
