Should a quad shot hurt a little more than a glute shot? It seems to sting a little more goin in and wondering if that is nornal and should go ahead and shoot anyway, no blood when aspirating. Also one could inject more frequently into the glute with a 23 gauge verses a 20 gauge right? Lets say every 5 days instead of every week?     | ||

I find quad shots a little more painful, especially going through the skin. I think there are more nerve endings in the skin on the thigh than in the glute. A 23g will definitely cause less damage than a 20g. But injection frequency is mostly a function of the type of ester and the amount of drug/oil. | ||

Glute shots are less painfull. It's also down to what and how much your using. for example I find Sust. stings like fuck. Quads you canonly do about 3cc's max and glutes about 5cc's. If you mix your shots like me this is a worthwhile consideration. ------------------ | ||

lately my shots have been stinging more than usual, and a small puddle of blood always emerges from the injection site, even though i know i didnt inject into a vein. am i just passing through veins now everytime i inject? thats a large coincidence. | ||

i was told it could be scare tissue, causing the blood lately. anybody have an answer to that? ------------------ | ||

With my quads it sometimes takes a few sticks to get a good spot. I know I have a good spot, because I dont feel shit as soon as I feel pain I pull out and go somewhere else it is anoying as hell. |
