Just got back from the gym, and man am I hungry, what do most of you guys eat for a post work out meal I'm just curious as to what you guys are doing, I usually just take my weight shake (weight gain 2500). If any body has any good recipes put em down.

Within one hour of working out get 50g or so of protein in your system along with some good quality carbs, around 100g. I get this from a shake, but at only 900 calories. Then make something to eat and in about another hour or so eat like a horse. | ||

make some oatmeal and when its hot put some peanut butter in it..then add some protein powder chocolate preferably....mmmmmmmmmmmmm ------------------ knowledge = power | ||

After the gym I always have a large protein shake---3 scoops of choc designer with one large glass of skim milk and two scoops of fat free vanilla ice cream. If bulking add PB. ------------------ |
