I am gearing up to use my first cycle in about 1-2 weeks. I am going to run D-bol for the first 5 weeks, Sustonon 250 the next five weeks and come down with Clamide at the end. Is this a good cycle to use? I usually lift one body part per day really hard m-f. Should I keep lifting this way or should i lift each body part twice a week? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I wouldn't do it. Using only 5 weeks of Sus is not going to do much. The 5 weeks of Dbol is fine but run it at the same time as the Sus, and take the Sus for a total of 10 weeks. For a first cycle I would stay off the Dbol. Save the 17AA for later. Try Deca/Primo or Sus/Deca. You will be much happier about the results. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'M NO GURU, BUT I WOULD SUGGEST THIS. USE THE D-BOL FOR 4WKS,AND THE SUS FOR 8WKS, AND ADD SOME MILK THISLE WITH YOU CYCLE. IF IT IS YOUR FIRST CYCLE, YOUR LIVER WILL BE FRESH AND YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO HEAVY ON YOUR FIRST CYCLE AND TAKE SOME MILK THISLE AFTER TO RESUME LIVER VALUES. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

One bodypart per day is fine. I haven't done that "exact" cycle and I don't have your body chemistry. Each person is different. I can make the generalization that you can plan on puttin on 15-25 lbs on a Test/Deca cycle. The magic is in the training and the eating, not so much the juice. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am hoping to put some mass. I currently way in at 165lbs and stand just over 6 feet tall. I'm sure your getting a visual? TOO SKINNY!!! However I do have really good definition everywhere. I just started my first cycle. Not to flame you but it sounds like you have a lot more reseach to do I have been researching for almost a year and still have a lot to learn. You will only get negative results if you dont study up. As for your diet you need to be getting anywhere from 5000 to 6000 calories a day. Plenty of protien, some good carbs and not too much fat, try to eat every two hours and snack in between if you can. Myoplex plus Mass is what I use. Mix it in whole milk, plus 2 tablespoons of olive oil and it's just over 1000 calories per serving. I can relate to Too Skinny I was once there too. Ok, 23 is good. My advice is to forget the Test and the Dbol. Run a Deca/Primo cycle for your first one. This will produce gains you can keep. I posted a thread titled "No Test for Newbies Results" Search for it. I gained 22lbs off the cycle described in it and have kept every ounce. Yeah primo and deca would be a good stack and so would the dbol/test stack. There are two schools of thought on this. Some say to hit the fist cycle hard while others say to start out with the milder drugs. You will have to make this decision on your own bro. Using a primo and deca stack would be the safest way to go and all of your results would be pretty much permanent. Not that doing a test and dbol cycle would be unsafe but you would probably get less sides from the primo and deca. But then again if you hit a test and dbol stack, you might get a little more muscle out of the cycle. Sure there would be a little crash at the end but you could maybe wind up with 25 lbs of muscle. So you can see that you have to weigh the pros and cons of both, research your ass off, and then come up with your own plan. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
