lately ive been getting the worst headaches when i start lifting, like my brain is starting to swell up or something, its really fucking up my workout, has anyone ever experienced this while working out? i take 2 dymetadrines before i work out usually, so i decided not to take them this time. instead i just drank some coffee, could this be the effects from the caffiene? i also have an empty stomach before my workouts.

please if anyone ever experienced this and know what it is please help me out. because of this shit i had the worst back workout of my life, im so fucking bitter

ps, this never happened to me before it is a recent thing. and it goes away the second i stop lifting wtf?

my diet is the same , so is my sleep.
i dont know what it could be

Stop lifting and see a DOC ASAP.
This could be a very serious problem, either migrains or a aneuryism. Check your BP and get some proper rest. Hopefully a neurologist can give you a look over.
I had the same situation and the MRI turned out negative, so I was given an ok to lift again.

it's happened to me in the past because my blood pressure was kinda high. have a doctor check you out bro. and watch your sodium intake, especially while on gear.

could be the empty stomach, could be not enough water, not enough sleep, anadrol did this to me(headaches), could definitely be to much caffeine and the empty stomach could make it worst, just look into it bro?

bro, this happened to me as well. In my case it was when i was a youngster new to the roid world. it was after my first cycle of d-bol and deca. i knew nothing about tapering off of a cycle and just quit when i ran out. I think my body was going through a withdrawl stage and i got these migraines anytime my bloodpressure went up,

Well before u make yourself sick over this.
Lets us know what gear u are taking, along with what are yor current vital signs(b/p, P)

Yes it could be serious, but get the facts together first then see a Doc if needed

I got those a few years back. Doc said it was stress. Gave me tylenol and told me to try relaxing.

Too many variables. Caffiene can cause migraines, esp. on an empty stomach, Certain types of gear will too, of course. Not breathing correctly during the lift will do it. hell, the god awful music blasted at some gyms ruins my concentration and gives me a thumping headache. Blood pressure, lots of things. I take Imitrex for migraines, gone in 5 min. and improves my focus.

I wouldn't take any chances, go to the Doc.
It's probably something minor, at least we all hope, but what's the big deal go see the Doc, remember we are not doctor's here!!

I posted something similar a couple of months ago about a health ailment, and some of the bros here scared me enough to go see the Doc, it turned out to be a hernia, but my own doc sent to the ER right away because he thought it was something else..

On a side note I recently stopped taking ephedrine because of the sides I was getting, they were worse than anything I ever got from gear...

Hope all turns out well, and make the appointment...

I happened to a friend of mine too. The doc told him to do a little cardio before lifting (like 15min) and it went away
