hey guys. im starting my first cycle in about 1 week (deca, test). what would be an ideal workout program. i'm currently in the gym three days a week due to time restriction. however, i hit the weights hard and get what i beleive to be a pretty intense workout. will this be enough while on a cycle?? i do mondays: chest/shoulders. wednesdays: biceps/triceps and fridays i do back/legs. i was told it might not be enough. thanks for your help ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I think 3 days a week is fine. I would however change the split just a touch. Try this : Chest/Tris/Calves Working 2 large muscle groups such as back and legs as you said in your post is just to much to do in one session. Good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
