If you are 20 years or under, go to your local bookstore. Pick up a copy of Body-for-Life by Bill Phillips and Mike D'orso. Follow those instructions to the letter. Try the supplements if you like, but they are not magical, at best, they will give you that extra 1% in your training, it's up to you if it's worth the money. After 4-5months of doing Body-for-Life, then go to www.testosterone.net and get more advanced training info, and a primer to AS. To all 20 and under. You're gona do what the fuck you want to. Just make sure your educated first.But if you are under 18-19 wait a couple more years junior. It'll be here before you know it. Just study until then! OK Hard heads! It's for your own good. Don't screw up the best natural growing years of your life! Yes it's there for you now, but where will you be later? That's right! You don't fuckin know! And you never will if you juice too soon. I'm not here to judge, and i'll respect your decision all the same, just think about it! good luck to all involved in this conversation!!! | ||
