I going to buy a 50lbs bag of white rice, a shit load of spaghetti noodles, 10lbs bag baked potatoes, large bag of boneless skin less chicken breast(50 count) and about 20 pieces of flounder(cheapest fish at our market)fish. That is the types of food I will have available to me. I have no problem eating the same thing over and over again. I'm doing this, because I hate cooking and all this can be made easy and it is very light on the wallet in this bulk. Do you guys really feel you need different changes in the type of cabs and protein to still make gains? If so can you suggest something else that can be bought in bulk and is easy to prepair. What I have here is very basic and very easy. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

my advice would be to try it out, but monitor your progress...keep a journal, and if things aren't working, add or drop some things to the menu...i know my menu changes every 2 weeks while on a mass diet....i just eat whatever is cheapest, has lots of protein, and sounds good to me that week ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Canned Tuna fish and peanut butter are also low cost sources of protein and calories. Another often over looked source is olive oil. It contains 120 calories per tablespoon and has all the unsaturated fat your body needs. After all natural Test is formed out of the fats. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
