Since i play college football my workout is different from what most you guys do. i was wondering why on a bulking cycle. should i lift more like a bodybuilder or continue to use my strength program. Bro, I have a feeling if you keep that heavy lifting up and hit the juice (hypothetically of course...) and keep the diet pretty clean you'll EXPLODE!! Have you ever seen a "small" powerlifter?.?.?.although I am a competitive bodybuilder, everyone can tell which guys have that thick, solid base of muscle from lifting heavy (squats/bench/deadlift/cleans, etc.)...just my 2 cents...good luck!! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
