On Monday I was lifting chest and I got a pain in the back of my head. Kind of feels like a pinched nerve or something... I think it is from straining so much.. All through this week when I was lifting the pain came back. Any suggestions on what this is and how I can get rid of it? I start a cycle in 1 or 2 weeks depending on if this pain is still there... Let me know.. Thanks ![]()

Go to a doctor (I prefer D.O.) and get referral to physical therapy, since the therapists know a lot more about these things than the pill-pushers. Good luck. Peace! ![]()

A quick test for cervical nerve impingement. Sit up straight in a chair, have friend push straight down on your head. Any increase in pain is a positive for nerve impingement. Next, have the friend put their hands under your head and pull straight up. Any decrease in pain is a positive sign for nerve impingement. Hope it helps. Peace! ![]()
