i've been playing with weights for 8 yrs but never really took it serious until about 2 months ago.i usally do 225 5 sets of 10.done the same routine today,but last set done 250 for 10 reps.feeling cocky,i went for the 300,first time it stuck me,just pissed me off,2nd time used a little jerk and nailed it.1 PERSONAL GOAL DOWN....... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

300, 475 bros that is great. I have been lifting seriously for about two years. But have just started juice this past summer. If you can do 225 for 5 sets of 10, surely 300 for a single would be easily attainable. I realize that everyone's strength curve is very different and that you did a lot of sets before going for the PR. Anyway...Great Job and good luck going for 315!!!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
