Sure..it's a great idea if your trying to dehydrate. That and relax. That's all. ------------------ "Faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." ![]() ![]() ![]()

This will not burn calories or bodyfat...it only makes you sweat and lose water weight. If you are preparing for a weigh in or something it's great otherwise, your not burning any fat buy sitting there and sweating. ------------------ "Faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'm not completely sure how much it would affect you, but wouldn't you get a thermogenic effect? Wouldn't raising your core body temperature make you burn more calories? I'm not sure how much more and if it'd really make all that much difference anyway. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

A few calories, but popping a couple hydroxycut's or whatever your brand ECA pills would do a lot more for you. Mainly, you're just sweating your balls off. It's good to relax though, helps with muscle soreness. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
