If your hypo right now, and are just starting to take your Synthroid, then you need to expect to lose some weight, due to the increase in metabolism that you will experience. Once your body is used to the Synthroid, and your thyroid level is normal again, then it won't effect you too much, if at all, doing A/S. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

well I've been on Synthroid for 6 years I got it under control on that but I didn't know if the a/s would effect any gains or kick the thyroid in to hyper mod and make me lose? ![]() ![]() ![]()

If I were you I would seek the advice of an endocronologist....Unless a member of this board is a doctor, I don't think they have any business answering this. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Good point, BigT. I'm almost a doctor, but take BigT's advice and talk to a professional (disclaimer). Since synthroid does not increase your natural production of thyroid hormone, I don't think hyperthyroidism is a potential problem. If anything, the increased anabolism from the test and deca will result in making you hypo. I'm guessing you know the signs/symptoms of hypo/hyerthyroidism. If you go ahead with this cycle, take note of your energy levels. If you feel sluggish and weak, have your thyroid levels checked. Stay huge. Peace! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
