I need some advice on getting and staying big. I need solid gains that are noticed, but nothing freaky. I need any advice. Thanks. XANEX

If you inject steroids, you will get "freaky big". Training, diet, etc. have nothing to do with it.

I wasn't trying to be an a-hole above, but you need to be more specific. There are a plethora of drugs out there. Do alittle more research.
