Im starting my first cycle in about 2 weeks. i will be taking deca, sus, and d-bol. im gonna take 200mg of deca, 250mg of sus, and im gonna take that twice a week for 10 weeks. so 400mg deca, and 500mg sus per week. and i will take 5-6 tabs of d-bol for the first 6 weeks. i also got clomid, and hcg, and nolvadex. but im not takeing clomid until a week after my last injection. this isnt too much steriod for a first cycle is it. im looking to gain size, and not too much fat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bro, I didn't think you new how to post. LOL!! All your post seem to be totally blank. Your cycle looks good. Don't do the nolvadex unless you need it. Also take your clomid EOD from the beginning and 3 weeks after and hcg if you want. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would definately keep the sus at 8 weeks and maybe the deca too..I would probably use the d-bol for 5 weeks..Thats plenty of gear for a first cycle,,you might even consider cutting the sus to 250 a week..Bam Bam ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm in the EXACT SAME "don't want to get fat" boat with you, bro. I was fat from about age 2 'til about 2 years ago when I started bodybuilding so it makes it very hard for me to truly 'bulk' in the offseason...keep your diet clean, just splurge every once in a while, but take in enough calories, esp. protein to make your body grow...just keep a good log on what you eat and how much you gain, and have your bodyfat checked every few weeks or so to monitor how much "weight" gained is muscle...drop me an e-mail if you have any other questions/comments for me...I'm about to start my first cycle in a few days, too...eq/dbol for me, though.
