Hey NW, If you like eating like that, but are fat right now, why not try a CKD for a while. All the steaks, eggs, sausage, etc. you can eat during the week and pancakes, cereal, maybe even some ice cream and cookies during the weekend. If you're anything like me, the fat will just melt off your body. I went from 25+% fat to 15% in 6 months and picked up 10lbs of muscle at the same time with no drugs (I'd been out of the gym for almost a year).
