oh yeah. i've taken A/S for over 10 years now & when i took my blood test about 6 months ago everything was just fine.

Ok i have been useing for a couple of months 4 in fact and im putting on weight and am a happy bunny.

My girl knows i do roids as i told her strait away she hate's pins and so do i for that fact. But i do it when she is not around and she is happy with me being honist with her i think you should tell your girl what you are doing and make her aware of the effects and sides of the A/S.

Also If he was to do orals all the time even time off for time on he would have no liver left after a year or two. so he is better off doing I/M as this does not put a strain on the liver thts why most of us use I/M not cos we like it but its safer than orals. Its ok to use orals once in a while but never for a long period of time. (To his girl)

Just be honist with her tell her the stack you doing and give her the information on each A/S in the stack.

Also she need's to look at what makes you happy my girl and A/S make me happy and she likes the way im so dedicated about the gym I also gave up drugs and drink because of A/S and now only drink about once every 10 weeks. So in that aspect A/S are good.

If used correctly A/S can be a good thing but if abused it will be bad to much of any one thing is bad for you no matter what. I hope that you have taken the step to the dark side with the knowledge you need to use A/S safely and with that you can acheve the shape you want but only with a lot of effort down the gym and a scrict diet.

A side effect is an increased sex drive but i have a high one anyway so she does not really notice. but i personally dont think that will make your girl say hell go ahead women are complex more complex than men so giveing it more to a woman is not the way to her heart. You boys are mistaken if you think it is....!

His attatude should not change much when on cycle I get more focused and a little more outgoing but not angry. but there are some A/S out there that do make you a little pissy if that is a concern of your girl dont do them. use a differnt A/S it will take you a little longer to get there but you will keep your girl its about coming to a comprimise about it. Just talk and ask her about her concerns and give her the information and she will make a choice.

Then take it from there hopfully she will support you some women have open minds and will bend but some are just blinkerd and wont listen no matter what i stay away from the second type.

Im trying to get my girl to do a small primo cycle as it will help her drop some of her bodyfat but i dont think she will but i dont push it i only asked once.

Oh well Good luck and to your girl A/S are not bad as long as you use and dont abuse.

Alicia - I know you're reading this from work and you know once my heart is set on something it's not gonna change. So keep reading baby. You were the same way about doing Ecstasy until you printed out about 1000 pages of info on it and did your research, and if you studied hard enough you'd know that E is a hell of a lot worse then A/S.

CANNES, France - Anabolic steroids - when administered to patients with wasting syndrome associated with HIV infection - don't cause dangerous mood swings or decrease sexual functioning as have been observed with other uses.

In fact, the first randomized, placebo-controlled trial of the steroid nandrolone decanoate (Deca-Durabolin, Organon) in AIDS wasting syndrome actually improved some facets of patients' mental conditions and improved sexual functioning.

Julian Gold, MD, director of the Albion Street Clinic and chairman of the department of clinical epidemiology at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney, Australia, reported the results of clinical trials conducted in Brazil and Thailand at the 3rd International Conference on HIV Infection and Nutrition recently held here.

In addition, Gold said, "What we see in this first randomized, placebo-controlled, dose ranging trial of nandrolone decanoate was a very clear improvement in the parameters of nutrition."

However, patients using the steroid must have CD4 counts of more than 50, based on the study results.

Gold said publicity about use of steroids during the 1988 Olympics piqued his interest in using steroid among HIV-infected patients who were losing weight and didn't seem to have an underlying opportunistic infection.

"We decided to use nandrolone decanoate because it is injected; it can be given quite infrequently - perhaps once a week or once every two weeks; it has been used for well over four decades; it has very low toxicity and its method of action is very well known," Gold said.

"We had noticed that when we gave this to about 50 patients who were losing weight, their weight stabilized," he said.

In the study conducted among HIV-positive men in Thailand and Brazil, researchers enrolled subjects who had lost 5% to 20% of body weight. The patients were randomized to either receive placebo, or 50 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg of nandrolone decanoate every two weeks for 24 weeks.

About 90% of the 90 patients completed 12 weeks; but only half completed 24 weeks. Gold said. "Essentially the reason for this is that nearly all of the patients who enrolled in Brazil and Thailand had a CD4 count less than 50 and they dropped out before week 24 because they developed serious opportunistic infections or died," he said.

"We observed that of those on 150 mg, there was a highly significant improvement in weight, in body mass index, in lean body mass and improvement in total body water which is a gauge of improvement in muscle," he said.

Additional improvements
Gold also found improvements in psychological and sexual functioning, compared with the patients' baseline scores on standard scales. "Those that used nandrolone decanoate over 16 weeks did not exacerbate their depression, anxiety or stress; nor did it cause depression, anxiety or stress in patients who weren't having problems at the start of the trial.

"We did find that patients with clinical stress at baseline improved their stress - they actually felt less stress," he said.

"Sexual functioning improved," he said, when researchers looked at sexual fulfillment, sexual enjoyment as well as sexual performance. He said a lot of that may have been due to the fact that because the men stopped losing weight, they looked better and felt better.

Gold said plans are under way for larger studies to find a role for the drug in AIDS patients and possibly in use in patients experiencing lipid dystrophies. Because the drug is relatively inexpensive, Gold said it might be useful in nations where health budgets are sharply limited.
