Anyone know what a good bar soap helps the best to dry up those oil glands? Bathing twice a day and tanning, but to no avail.

Thats a term I think for BACK ACNE...hence bacne.

I use neutrogena, anythin that is anti-bacterial and drys you out is good back there.
