how soon do you guys after your last injection do you drop the calories back, how much cut back also. my plan ws to go to 1500-2000, cardio out the ass, but keep the protien high with some other supplements for about three months till santa mach puts something in my stocking. | ||

thanks butit cant remain at the 4000-5000 range, want to strip it down to lean and mean. what is some experiences with what worked. | ||

Its a bad idea to do what u want to do, I have tried the get lean without gear thing right after a bulk cycle and it resulted in me losing 80% of the muscle I just gained. If anything keep you calories at al least 3,000 with mostly protein and keep the simple carbs low. If you want to get lean take something, at least spend 100 bucks to get equipoise or fina or something, then u can cut your calories more and keep the muscle. LP ------------------ | ||

All you need to do is start slowly cutting your calories by about 1% per day. I would wait a while before you do this. Wait until your hormones have gotten working normally again (a least a month or two). Then just start doing this slow reduction until you get down to about 500 calories above your BMR and stay there. Doing this slowly like I described is your best bet. Doing it quickly could cause lots of muscle loss. |
