Whats up everybody. I thought this would be an awesome post for everybody to throw into. Everybody tell your favorite mass foods. Im trying to gain the most mass i can out of my cycle, and trying to eat as clean as i can at the same time. What are some good things to eat guys? sorry Natural wonder, couldnt avoid the little humor! Well normal I usually eat only things like chicken, steak, eggs, milk, fish, ect for things like protein, but this is pretty much I've followed for a long time. I need to switch it around a little. | ||

I have the secret my friend. it's called cattle drive chili there's about 600 calories per can and 40 grams of protien and the best part is it doesn't fill you up i can eat 3 cans plus at one sitting. a can is the size of a bowl of cereal. i get it at costco if u have one where u are ------------------ | ||

Just to let you know, there's no direct grams of protein or carbs you need to eat. It depends on your body weight, and metabolism, a lot is involved. But if you eat a lot, every 2-3 hours, big meals not small cans of tuna with mayo. I'm talking like 2-3 chicken breasts with a lot of rice and corn. If you have meals like those, you will grow. Your body needs to have the good "natural" stuff to grow. Protein shakes are good, but just as you hear it all the time, and I'll say it again, you still need a lot more food than shakes than you think. I eat all the good things. LEAN beef, steaks, chicken breasts, tuna, milk, protein shakes. For carbs, usually rice, pasta, corn, sometimes potatoes (i cut it way down), green beans, sweet peas (you still need green veggies LOL!) I usually have tuna for snacks, because now my appetite is shooting through the roof so I can't get full off of one tuna can, or even three (seriously). I need something that tastes good too!! So remember bro, have 5 big meals a day, at least. Sorry for the lengthy post. I'm only helping you | ||

Bro do this while yr on the mass stack cycle your on: ***Eat everything in site per 2hrs! 6-7 meals a day. One thing to note: expect to take a shit at least three times a day! ***Trust me on this bro, u will gain a shit load of weight! I did it naturally, and gained 10 lbs in one week! Try this: 10-12 egg whites, 2yolks 1 cup oatmeal(dry) 1 Banana artificial sweetner or cinn. to taste Blend this into batter and pour into a large pan. Cook on low temp for about 10-15min on stove. Yates first printed this recipe, then Nicole Bass ripped it off and printed it in Flex. You can also add protein powder if you like. Tastes good. | ||

Thanks for everybodys replys. I know how to eat, and i know what to eat, i just wanted some opinions from everybody as to what their favorites were. Personally, im into the red meats, fish, eggs, cheese, etc, kind of thing. Im in love with Grits, but you guys that dont live in the south probably dont even know what im talking about! GRITS ROCK! Good carbs! I am a pizza lover too. Bad thing, is that pizza is terrible for you, but i just say screw it, im gonna eat everything i can, but keep the shitty foods at a minimal. I wanna gain mass, i just want to gain quality mass and not tons of fat. I will try to gain at least 30 pounds in the next 12 weeks. Ill keep you guys posted on my results. ------------------ | ||

Im on my bulking cycle now. Have been for about 2 months now. I eat anything and everything in site (pretty much). I don't have big bowls of ice cream or anything or bic macs (simply cuz i've always ate fairly clean). But i eat PBJ sandwiches, BBQ ribs, lots of chicken, lot of protein shakes/bars, milk (alot, about a gallon/day), cheese, wheat bread, potatoes, baked fish sticks (yummy), Wendy's chicken nuggets (You can get 20 nuggets for under 5 bucks). | ||
