Can you believe this fucking shit?? This board rocks.. thank you my Iron bros.. If I got stuck with these clowns when I started my qwest, I'd be bald, out of money, have a raging case of gyno, and needing a liver transplant.********************************************
Question:
I am 6'2", about 240 lbs, and am 30 lbs overweight. I am going to take Sustanon 250 1 time a week for a period of 12 weeks. What type of gains and weight loss should I expect? Will I drop all of my body fat? I have an anxiety disorder. Is it safe for me to take roids?
Answer #1
Hi, my name is Nick and I am a medical professional. I also have done sustanon. The answer to your first question is; you will probably gain 20 pounds of muscle your first month depending on your workout and diet. I ate constantly with a lot of protein and beer. I gained 20 pounds of muscle and maintained my weight so I lost 20 pounds of fat and I was taking 1 amp a week also. If you are anorexic then this will actually make you want to eat. Your results totally depend on your diet if you inject sustanon then consume about 3000 to 5000 calories a day of high protein food with about 30 percent fat and 30 percent or less carbs. Eat the carbs before the workout and the protein after the workout. You have to have the calories or you will not grow.
Sustanon comes with a risk of a lot of side effects. I had to stop taking it because it made me so paranoid and gave me anxiety at levels I could not control. Yet to a friend of mine it did nothing, so it depends on the individual. Start with 1/2 amp a week, and if that doesn't bother you after 2 weeks use a full amp. Do not go over 1 amp every 7 days as it is too toxic on the liver and takes at least 8 weeks off every 12 to 14 weeks to bring your liver back to normal. Good Luck.
Answer #2
Expect to gain 20 pounds of muscle and lose more than half of your fat. Sustanon is more for gaining mass than losing fat.
About your anxiety disorder, you could have problems such as rapid heartbeat, anxiety, obviously impatience and temper. Be cautious.
Answer #3
First of all, if you are overweight you need to start hitting the track. Second, sustenon 250 is a drug to gain mass and strength. You are going to get fatter than you are on that drug. I will make this short and sweet. You need to lose the fat before you even think about doing steroids especially sustenon 250. What people like you are doing is trying to shortcut your work. I am not saying that doing steroids is wrong. That is up to each person, but for god's sake diet first and work hard on your body naturally. OUT.

Hey bro, 12 weeks is a little too long for a cycle of sustanon250, even if it is just 250mg a week. You should take it for only a maximum of 8 weeks and you will still get awesome gains of about 20lbs of muscle. As for you being overweight dude I'm going to tell you what every other experienced bodybuilder will tell you and that is do a little dieting and a little cardio. Sustanon is awesome stuff dude and from my experience you should have no problems with it. But with a long cycle such as 12 weeks you might run into some problems. Oh, and with sus be prepared to get hella strong!
Answer #5
If you want to burn your fat, then don't use sustanon 250 because you will only gain mass. The best for you would be winstrol. It worked for me and many people I know.
Answer #6
If you are trying to lose weight or get leaner, sustanon is not the way to go. Sustanon is a testosterone or actually a blend of 4. Testosterones will put on large amounts of muscle in a short time, but also cause a decent amount of water retention which causes a smooth appearance. If this is the look you are trying to get rid of, rather you are trying to see more definition and deeper cuts, you really should be on clenbuterol and cytomel. Together you should lose that body fat relatively quick, and as long as you are taking in enough protein, you will retain your lean mass and probably put a little on at the same time.
Answer #7
Just letting you know that if you are 30 lbs overweight, you are going to break out badly. Also, if you go twelve weeks on that stuff your body will go through some serious lag on your post-cycle.
Answer #8
Concerning the sustanon 250, you are 240 lbs. After the first couple of weeks you will start to put on 5lbs a week of muscle. You will become 265+ in 6-8 weeks . Your body is going to lose fat. After 12 weeks of the sustanon you will look good, but after a few more weeks you will lose interest in lifting, gain weight and then you will become an over weight 265. That is what usually would happen.
Answer #9
The first time I took sustanon 250, I took it for about 4 weeks and my fat percentage went from 26.7% to 21.4%. I just started another cycle of sustanon 250 for mass and I am cycling it with Deca to get more cut. I think you should really stick to sustanon 250 because it is one hell of a steroid. So good luck and keep training hard and eating right. Try to take about one or two ampoules per week for about 6-8 weeks and don't go overboard. See Ya Buddy!
Answer #10
Since you say that your overweight, I cant figure why you would want to use sustanon 250. You need a reduction in body fat to get cut. Sustanon is not the right solution. You are better off using winstrol. Once you lose the weight I would recommend a cycle on Deca Durabolin. It produces great results with much fewer side effects than sustanon 250.

Hi there, Sustanon 250 especially the Indian stuff in the push through blister pack is awesome stuff, but only as a mass gainer. You would probably pack on about 20 pounds, but that's not really what your after. To lose a bit of fat you're best off doing primobolan and t3, 2 shots primo a week and 100mg t3, this will strip pounds off fat while hardening the muscle. GIVE IT A TRY.

Hey Bud...I think taking Sus 250 is not the way to go. It's a mass gainer and well, like everyone else is saying, you're going to put on some size, especially if you're overweight. Something like the Clem is good, but only if you're using the proper diet. And if you take too much of the Clem...well you'll get a good view of a zippabag from the inside out. Maybe do some cardio and rethink your approach. Get somewhat fit first, then do your Sus, but no longer than 6-8 weeks or man your post cycle is going to make you real down in the bogs. Above all use your brain and remember, "If Rome wasn't built in a day, neither is your body." Be smart and be safe...then you'll look great. Luck mate.
Answer #13
Hey Dude...Being that you are 30 pounds overweight, sus would not be a wise idea for you. If you do use it, you will break out incredibly and probably be 10 times more nervous than you are now. I had 8 percent body fat and weighed 180 pounds. Now I weigh 195 and have 7 percent body fat, and I've only been using sus for 4 weeks. Your best plan would be to start running and eat a high protein low carb diet for a month. Start taking sus by a half an amp a week for three weeks, then do a full. If you take sus right now, you will gain a lot of fat rather than muscle. Even though sus is a mass and strength builder, it won't work for you right now. Lose some weight and get into shape, then proceed to sus. I'm 19 and have been using for a month, but I'm in shape and it works great. Good luck.
