I'm on 750sus and 400 deca this is my fourth week. I went from 172 to 178 in a week and been at 178 the rest of the time. I eat alot of protein and train hard. I train for an hour and a half every 4 days a week. I'm not doing legs. What am I doing wrong when will I start seeing size? I know my gear is real...thanks | ||

I believe you are right at the thresh hold bro.You are entering the time when the serious gains usually start with those two compounds.What is your total daily caloric breakdown,give or take a few? | ||

10 eggs a day 1 steak 2-3 beef patties 2 protein shakes 3 chicken breasts and rice snack all day cranberry extract saw palmetto milk thissle b-12 vit-c vit-e clomid | ||

lift your legs your body builds in proportion so if your legs get big your upperbody will get big also i suggest squats and deadlifts ------------------ | ||

You're gonna catch a lot of flack for not training legs... do you have some sort of injury or a legit reason why not? Leg exercises (not leg extensions) put the most stress on the nervous system. Need I say more? I hate doing legs, but damn.. you gotta do em. Well man, the shit should be kick in. You're not eating bird seed or anything, so that's not the problem. How sure are you that your gear is real? Bed ridden hospital patients would be gaining weight right now. | ||

I'm just finishing week 4 of an omna/deca cycle and i'm only now feeling the kick.Don't worry,the rock hard pumps and strength gains are just around the corner,you're gonna have to train your legs though.Squat and you will fucking grow big time.Good luck. | ||

Bro, are you injured? Why on earth would you not train legs?? Squats and deadlifts alone will make you grow if you eat enough. Are you eating potatoes with those steaks at dinner time? Oatmeal for breakfast? I upped my caloric intake by about 2000 cal./day for my cycle, and am pleased with my results. Remember, growth = diet x rest x training. Take a close look at your program, and see if everything is inline. Maybe you need more food..or more rest-(no partying)..or maybe more training...or maybe all of the above? BTW-I didn't see enough carbohydrates in the menu!! | ||

My legs are always so sore I can barely walk from quad injections. I weighed today and I finally gained 3 pounds. It hit me overnight. I started at 172 then jumped to 178 in a week. Now I'm in week four of sus/deca and I'm at 181. I have big legs from soccer, but I guess I need to start working them..thanks guys ------------------

@LRG is right about legs and overall growth. I know this 1st hand. My last cycle I didnt do legs due to a knee injury and I barely gained half of what I normally gain. No legs = shitty gains. | ||

If the quad injections hurt so bad, stick to the glutes. You gotta' work legs to get overall body size. Eat 20x your bodyweight in calories. Of those calories make sure that 2grams per pound of bodyweight it protein. Trust me on this one. Oh, and don't worry about clean calories, junk food on a bulking cycle isn't all bad. | ||

Look good to me, if you would have added some dbol you would probably be at 200 lbs, right now. It really puts weight on you fast, I love it, I had to stop it in week five because by bp got too high so I switched to winny and depotest. | ||

if you're working your upper body 4 times a week you're also overtraning. Do legs and cut your upper body routine. Eat more carbs. | ||

I don't care what anyone says, but if you have real shit you should have at least gained more than that just from water retention. All I have to say is eat more and train hard and hope for the best. Remember you learn from your mistakes and better them for the next time. Good luck bro! |
