Starting my taper this week, after 6 weeks i have only gained 10 lbs on 500mg/wk of t200, 400mg/wk deca, clomid eod. Very little water retention, no acne, mounting up on the gf like a mad man. Little or no sides at all. have increased my strength a lot and got hard as a mofo, even dropping fat percenta little. but i be damned if my size is no increased that much. I expected 20 lbs or something. lots of protein also. calories around 2500-3000. what he hell did i do wrong. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

From a fellow Dallas bro. I personally feel you have not been eating enough. I would a least be closer to 4000 - 4500 cal a day. How may cycles would you guess you have done? Just curious. I would of guess about 20 off that cycle also. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

not everyone is gonna gain 30 lbs. it depends on genetics also. Only I can gain 40lbs of lean muscle on a test only cycle... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Gotta help out my neighbor. bump up the calories .These boys all said it right. I'm guessing you are at least 5'-9" and are pretty lean so eat at least 2gms. of protein for every pound of body weight. then you may need to add another 20% depends on your metabolism. I have an unbelievable fast metabolism. I have to go up to 2.5gms of protein per lbs.of BW and my carbs are at 700 gms to 800gms. You do this and you will gain weight!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Boss, you gotta eat more protein and carbs! Take in more calories! Without calories, how are you gonna grow at all? I take in between 5-6000 at least a day. 400g of protein, 7to800 grams of carbs. Take in some fat too. If you are gaining mass, you need fat in your diet too. Just make sure its more Unsaturated, and less Saturated.
