Do any of you guys use this book or have it. I got this book when I first started juicing. Its a good book, helped me a lot, the amounts of dosages are very small compared to what you guys talk about taking. Just wanted to know what you think about this book. Also if it wasnt for the book I would'nt know about elite fitness, all the BB web sights are in there.

I have that book,but for me the best is World Anabolic review 1996 and this board.Anyway is good to see and read diferents opinion,then you take the best of everyone.
