Can everyone who has done a pre-contest diet or greatly reduced their bodyfat naturally without loosing a great deal of muscle mass please fill me in on what their opions are for the best ratio of carbs/protien/fat.. whatever order you would like.. I am currently around 16% bodyfat and would like to go to about 10%.. but i would like to loose little to no muscle while doing so.. please fill me in on some opinions here..

Hey bro. I had great results on a cyclic ketogenic diet. 5-7 days keto, 2 days carb-loading. I had 6 meals a day consisting of one full shot glass of olive or peanut oil, and 20g protein from whey or soy isolate. I was always hungry, I would sweat grease, and if it weren't for the ECA I'd probably hve had no energy, but according to underwater weighing I lost 2.25lbs of fat a week while gaining .25 lb of muscle. No juice, just high weight/low reps and lots of dicipline. Peace!

The thing w/ losing fat is you will always lose some muscle. THis is due to your body producing catabolic enzymes when doing cardio or increasing metabolism. I'm not sure about carb/protein ratios. But i do know that cutting carbs down and taking in a lot of protein is good. About 180g of protein per day. And try an anti-catabolic drug. Xenadrine is a good fat burner that is anti-catabolic, unlike Metabolife, etc.

I can't imagine only taking in 120 grams of protein and no carbs...That would fuck me all up.

The old anabolic diet is your best bet. Done correctly, you should be able to keep all your muscle.
