What do you guys think...do one body part a day, or a setup like back/bis, chest/tris and so on while on the juice?

It really depends on how hard you train. I personally do not have the energy to go an additional 20-30 sets. I train one bodypart till I'm toast.

Im sure this has been asked before, but if youre on AS and your recuperation time is decreased, couldn't you train a muscle twice a week? I train each muscle twice a week...It seems that once a week wouldn't be sufficient, but when I start my cycle I may only go once a week. Would this be better for gains? Thanks.

I train each bodypart once per week. My split goes :

Mon - Chest, Calves
Tues - Back, Traps
Wens - Rest
Thurs - Legs
Fri - Shoulders and Arms
Sat - Rest
Sun - Rest

there is no right or wrong answer. and it definately depends on how hard u train. but the way to know is u should get stronger with each workout. if u go to the gym and your lifts are way down your overtraining. i can go 5 to 6 days a week and be fine. put on 30 pounds doing that.
