Until recently, I've been using my quads as injection sites, switching on every shot. I've been using a 22g 1 1/2" needle. Before my present cycle of sust. and primo, I was injecting win. every 3 days 150mg. When I began my sus/pri. cycle, it has become much more difficult to inject, & painful...can't flex quad day after injection (does scar tisu. do this?). I started using my glutes, which was easier and not as painful, but would like to start using my quads again. Also the sust. injctns. don't seem to hurt as initially. Would a 23g 1 1/2" needle work better? Should I inject on the outer portion of quad. rather than top (view looking down)? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I've always injected on the outer portion of my quad and so does almost everyone I know. Switch between the 4 injection sites...Right & left glute...right & left quad. That way there is less pain and less scarring. Scarring will interfere with absorption and you will be wasting gear. ------------------ "Faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." ![]() ![]() ![]()

Personally I save the glutes for Sus/Test and shoot anything else in the quads. I prefer a 25 gauge x 1 inch pin. Unless you have higher bodyfat 1 inch is typically long enough and it doesn't hurt a bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

So your telling me you use a 25 gauge needle? Kinda small isnt it? I have 23 x 3cc x 1", & 22 x 3cc x 1" ones. I definitely like the 23 better, but if i can use a 25 then im game. It just takes longer to inject right? EQ, & Test is all im injecting. What needle is best for each of them? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would agree with Ice Man I use the 25 g for everything. Just use a 23 g to draw the gear and change needles to inject, yes it takes a little longer to inject but the smaller gauge needle is less damaging to your tissue as well. Good luck. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
