I have had mono for the past month or so. It is not going away, but it is not a bad case of it either. I have only worked out a couple times since I was diagnosed. I was told that I couldnt workout until it was all gone. I think that is bullshit. What do you guys think? I have noticed a large drop off in muscle tone and it is really pissing me off. How long after I get back into the swing of things should I start up with a cycle? Any suggestions? I just dont know what I am messing with here.

Wait until its gone , however you will allways have mono it stays with you your entire life. It goes away for a while but when conditions are right it will come back rare but it will happen. So wait just a little bit until you feal strong go to the gym workout natural for a while until you reach your previous weight. And perhaps then you might "think" about starting it up again. good luck

Hey bro mono is something you want to take serious....Mono inflames your liver and splean....thats y doctors tell you no contact sports...you could end up putting to much stress on your liver and splean...last thing you want to do is rupture it....I would suggest wait till your doc gives you the ok...I had mono my senior year of highschool i missed 68 straight days of school...yeah i had it bad...but once the doctor gave me the ok i hit the gym and did a cycle of primo alone....mono beats the hell out of your ammune system...its been said that primo helps strengthen the ammune system and we know primo is one of the safest AS for your liverout there.......hope this helps later g

Hey bro... sorry to hear it. I have had mono twice...you get mono from a virus and when you are infected it will flare up for 5-10 days, when you feel really sick and that is when your liver and spleen get swollen. The long period of fatigue/weakness following is from post virual syndrome(you can get it from any virus, but is just real common with mono). Your liver and spleen will start to return to normal after the first few days after your flu like symtoms go away, but I don't know if that means you liver is functioning 100%, that will take some time, to find out if AS will hurt your liver any further is something you should take up with a dr. I didn't take any AS for a couple years after. Best of luck..

Yeah, well I was going to start a cycle of primabolan depot before I got diagnosed. But since then, I am not playing football right now because of it and I am looking sick. I have lost like 20 lbs and my muscles arent hard anymore. Part of it might be college life. Not eating on a regular schedule and study my butt off. I feel like I can do it, so I think I am just going to get in and work my ass off. I dont feel bad, and I am going to get big again. |
