IM HAVING A HELL OF A TIME FINDING A NICE SPLIT, BUT I THINK IVE GOT ONE THAT I LIKE HERE IT IS

MONDAY: LEGS
TUESDAY: CHEST, TRICEPS, ABS
WEDNESDAY: BICEPS, CALVES
THURSDAY: SHOULDERS, TRAPS, ABS
FRIDAY: TRICEPS, CALVES
SATURDAY: BACK, BICEPS, ABS
SUNDAY: REST

LOOKS CONFUSING TO ME BUT I DONT KNOW YOUR SCHEDULE.....UMMMMM DO CALVES ON MONDAY ALSO.....EVERYTHING ELSE LOOKS FINE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU....

MONDAY...CHEST CALVES ABS
TUESDAY..BACK ABS
WENDSDAY.LEGS CALVES ABS
THURSDAY.SHOULDERS ABS
FRIDAY...ARMS CALVES ABS
IF I DONT HAVE TIME TO DO ABS ONE DAY NO BIG DEAL...CALVES AND BIS RECOVER FASTER THAN ANYTHING...ILL ONLY KEEP THIS ROUTINE FOR ONE WEEK THEN I CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE NEXT WEEK.....

you don't say what your desired outcome is but why split? do each bodypart once per day and take weekends off or whatever days fit. your body need rest so my two cents and the way I workout is to lift heavy, hard and quick ( in and out in 45 minutes) this amkes you grow guaranteed

KEEPS YOU FROM GETTING BURNED OUT
BUT TRY CHANGING YOU ROUTINE EVERY WEEK..
AND SEE HOW THAT WORKS..JUST BE SURE TO KEEP UP WITH YOUR GAINS AND EVERTYHING ELSE...
