Just wondering if anyone has dropped 8% bodyfat without the use of AS to help maintain muscle mass.. i have finally decided to stop my winny cycle because my stretchmarks are getting waaaaaayy out of hand and its got to be a bad reaction with my skin to the winny.. so now i want to drop my body fat aroun 6-8% to about 8 percent.. has anyone managed to loose this much bodyfat without sacrificing their hard earned muscle in the process?

a friend of mine only used T3 and had to get all the way down to 180lbs (he started at 217). He hated the results. He looked like those pretty "natural" boys.
He looked skinny with a shirt on

I have recently dropped from 8% to 6% in 2 weeks. You basically need a hard core diet.Depending on your body type you need to decrease carbs and calories and increase the amount of meals you have and cardio you do. Unfortunatly your strenght will go down and you need to hit the gym at least 6 days a week to maintain the muscle you have. It's not fun.
