for some reason, over the last 2 weeks, about halfway through my workout, I get extremely tired all of a sudden. It fucking pisses me off because it starts right when my workouts start to get good and its fucking up my workouts! It makes me lose my motivation. It happens suddenly, I mean I could lay down right there and take a nap on the bench. Does anyone else have experience with this, or has heard of it, and know why? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I'VE NEVER REALLY HEARD OF THAT MAN....THAT'S SHITTY! TRY ONE OF THOSE CARB DRINKS BEFORE THE WORKOUT.....DRINK THROUGHTOUT THE WORKOUT, OR MAYBE DRINK A CUP OF COFFEE ALONG THE WAY! WORKS FOR ME WHEN I FEEL FATIGUED! ------------------ BONERS ARE FUN FOR GIRLS TO SIT ON!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I get that way sometimes. I believe it has something to do with your blood sugar. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Blood sugar seems like a legitmate and logical answer. Just an idea, but a strong cup of coffee beforehand may keep you awake for the workout. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Try getting more carbs, especially before a workout. Also you could drink something like ultimate orange before a workout. I would try the carbs before assuming that I was diabetic first. You can never be too careful though. ------------------ "Faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." ![]() ![]() ![]()

More carbs before and during. Complex are better. Simple carbs spike your blood sugar and then drop fast. A little Refvb before works wonders too. ![]() ![]() ![]()

That definately sounds to me like low blood sugar also. I'd try a carb drink about 1/2 hr b4 training containing 50g maltodextrin or similar and I'd also add some to water to drink during the workout. I add soluble vitamins also. It could also be a deficiency of certain vitamins so I'd make sure your diet's got enough as well as carbs throughout the day. Also what's the temp./air quality like there. If it's not cool enough it can be difficult to breath which could lead to a lack of oxygen especially during prolonged exercise. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Try more complex carbs before workout and simple carbs (ie fructose, glucose). I have heard thought that simple 'pre-deigested' carbs (such as processed sugars) can cause an Insulin spike which makes sugar levels even lower than the former level. I like Red Bull. Full of caffiene + Taurine + simple carbs. Some people get tired when they 'overtrain'. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
