hey k I am a 20 year old male. i am not on AS or plan to be for a number of years when I have reached my maximum. I have a very high metabolism and comsume a huge amount of calories, but I cant seem to grow so I am assuming it would have something to do with my lifestyle and my training. So my question here is i have been training for 2 years i worked out 5 days a week one bodypart per day for my first years gained 20 pounds, then for some stupid reason took a year of and started training again this year. i was told to only train 3 days a week cause more then that i would be overtraining, i just didnt feel iwas doing enough so just rescently i have gone back to my 5 days a week. Good or bad idea? i read everywhere that I should only be training 3 days a week but wil that be sufficient enough for growth? A friend of mine metioned to me that he feels most guys undertrain for the amount of time they r in the gym. So i am pretty confused. Also I am try to stick with the mass builders Deads,squat, incline bench, military press etc... but also have others involved. I am just really confused guys and the guys on the training board tend to take awhile to respond so i posted it here sorry if that is a bad idea. but ya i am just losing my motivation cause i am very lost so please help me out. thanks guys ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

i train every other day, one body part every 7 days; if you train hard enough in the gym, this should be enough ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
