Hey guys, help me out... I work about 9 hours a day and I'm wondering what I should stack my cooler with so I can make sure i'm getting more than enough food throughoutthe day.
I'm planning on bringing yogurts, protein bars, tuna sandwhiches, fruit, and vegetables like carrotts... what else can I bring though?

I'm in college, so I'm kind of in the same boat...once a week, usually on the weekends, I'll cook a ton of meat--chicken breasts, pork steaks, lean ground turkey, london broil, low-fat sausage--some pastas with red/low-fat alfredo sauce, and lots of veggies, then when it's time to eat, I just figure out what combo...and if I'm on the run, just put it in some tupperware and you're good to go...it's even easier for you 'cause you've got a cooler for the stuff...just my 2 cents, it helps me!

If your going to cool your food, try cooking up chicken breasts, then cut them into cubes.

Keep some tupperware full of low/no fat dressing of choice, and use that for a dipping sauce, and just eat it a cube at a time easy way to snack on protein while working...works great.

You didnt however specify if you were on a bulking or cutting diet.

I worked 8 hours a day over summer and ate three times at work, here is how my meals went.

1st break: 5:00pm
Protein shake, and cereal bar

Lunch Break: 7:00pm
2 Mcdonalds chicken sandwiches, large fries, and coke.

Last Break: 9:00pm
1 Mcdonalds chicken sandwich and a drink

Two hours after that I had a protein shake at home and went to bed, I ate 4 other meals in addition to the three at work.
