Awright, I've talked with lots of nutritionists and some amateur BB's, and latlely all I hear is that you shouldn't take in over 100 grams of protein or else it's a waste, and if you don't digest it it gets stored as fat. I'm 180 lbs. and on or off cycle I try to take in @ least 250 grams. Granted when your on a cycle you take in as much as you can, but while you're not only .8 - 1.2 grams per bodyweight? Then I should be as fat as a ox if that stament is true. Protien intake per day is around 245grams. If my body is only using 100grams and the rest is going to fat. I don't think the statement is true. I would need stated facts for the reason why your body doesn't use all of it. Maybe this would be true in ingested in 1 dose. But over the period of a day I don't think so. | ||

Maverick....I believe he is talking about the statment fro mthe other day when someone said that anything over 100grams a day was a waste because the body con only use 40-50 grams. If I am not mistake it was the one talking about the Taco Bell meal. | ||

Usually on or off cycle I'm in between 250-400. But I'm going to try and take in about 100 grams, as recommended by the nutritionist. ------------------ | ||

That's what I figured. I have heard all of these "rumors" about how much protien you can digest and I don't let them affect me. Until I see some real proof I will keep taking mine at the usual 200 grams per day. | ||

Thats is waht I was trying to get at to some people. Just at breakfast with 2 glasses of milk and 3 scrabbled egg whites you will get 65 grams just off of that. Not counting the rest of the days daily meals and extras. So if that was the case then the entire world would be huge from over protien intake. | ||

I've been at the same weight for a while i80 lbs 14%BF. I'm gonna stay low on protein and see if this helps. But I'll go back to the insane amount when I get an my cycle December 1. Thanks guys! ------------------ |
