With my test and Eq i am shooting 5 different times a week if and i mean if i was to use deca just a little bit could i use it in the same syringe as test? And how many times a week does deca need to be banged?     | ||

I WOULD SAY IT IS O.K. TO MIX ALL OIL BASES. I WOULD DO DECA 2X A WEEK BUT 1 SHOULD SUFFICE. | ||

Once a week is probably enough but most people like to hit deca twice per week. If you can, do it twice per week. | ||
