OK guys I have been on this board for a few months. But in that time I have noticed that alot of members use a "user name" that would indentify yourself. For example if your user name is "BigBadRangerFt.Bragg" now that's a blown up example but you get the ideal. The guy is or was a ranger and is or had been at Ft.Bragg. The same thing goes for using your ethic background "bigGERMAN" . You'll get what I am saying. Now for your email. Some user use thier work email addy. Addy like !@#[email protected] would say that your either a student or staff at NYU. When you add the two together. The persons username and email addy you can get a real good ideal about who this person really is. Now I know that nobody ever would do anything Illegal and that this board is just for fun. But If and Its a BIG IF. IF you don't play the game safe and let these little details out their and then post a topic that I am going to Mexico or "Doing the GEAR DANCE" Just don't be shocked to see a squad dressed in black kicking down your door. OK maybe I am just a little out thier on this ideal. But I play it safe. Use a user name that you only use for gear and get a seperate email that will only be used for gear research...... Play it safe....     | ||

I agree bro, I'll bump this up 'cause when I first started reading these boards, I was using my college e-mail address, which was my 3 initials and the last 4 digits of my social security number @ my school...changed that real quick after my involvement grew just a bit!! ------------------ | ||

No BEEFMASTER.... One would be smart enough to figure out that you'd be refering to BEEF as Muscle not the cow type. Just look at the user name's on the main page and use your brain for a few seconds. I've even read somewhere of grade school childern telling teachers that daddy smokes dope. And with no other reason than that BAM a search WARRANT and daddy goes to jail.

From mine I would guess I would be Tom Cruise. Hey, I just might be. Anyone notice I got a little bigger since my last movie. LOL! I don't have any info that could trace back to me unless of course someone was to simply trace my IP which many people know how to do. I keep pretty close contacts with several board members and even they don't know my first name. I trust alot of these guys but I am too paranoid to give out my real name or anything.
