500 omna/300 deca one shot or two?I need to know quickly so I donj't have time for search but yes i know about search so I will thank you for telling me about it in advance.     | ||

Well lets see if you have the SUPPOSED 300mg deca then 1 shot = 3cc will be fine but if not break it up. Try never to shoot more than 3cc in one spot. | ||

argh, thanks for letting us know your aware of the search but prefer not to use it. Anyway you can mix sus with deca, it helps the pain the next day, Depending on what concentration that deca is (how many mg/ml) you can stick it all in one syrings if its going in your ass. Consultant, 3cc is a safe bet, but if its in your glutes you can go up to 5-6 if done correctly (slowly) without problems, depends alittle on the size of the muscle of course. Macro posted on that one a while back, so I trust that info. Slopain | ||

I agree I have done 5 myself w/out a prob and have heard of guys doin more but for the guy who doesnt know^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ 3cc is more than enough | ||
