Winny V is very good for calves. It make you feel like you just ran a 10k race. Calves should blow up nicely. Notice the guys in the gym with veiny calves that are very bulgy, guarantee those guys have taken winny. | ||

Use an Insulin pin....28 to 30 ga. And inject where ya want them to grow....don't hit a vein....The Winny will help, but for the price...PGF2A has it beat....enjoy the sides Bro.....heh heh heh...... ------------------ | ||

Size of the pin depends on body fat....I use a 1/2 inch....just to get it deep!!!! Do a search on PGF2A....Good info on it.... ------------------ | ||

my buddy plays college ball and he used win and his calves blew up. don't even bother injecting into ur calves its not worth the pain. but win will do the job. | ||

Man Child: Winny taken orally, or IM, will help calves? That is, not injected directly into the calf, for a "localized effect" like aahepp says is not worthwhile? I'm confused, man, on how Winny helps, and on how to use it. Please elaborate. In fact, post quite a bit more about calves and winny, would you? Are there special cycles, AS/workout routines, etc.. winstrol affects the fast twitch or white muscle fibers. thats why they give it to racehorses. it makes them fast as hell. and since your legs are full of fast twitch muscle fibers especially your calves it will cause them to grow quite a bit. i may be new but i've done my research on winny being a highschool track runner. | ||

Feed then a high quality grain/barley mix, make sure they have lots of room to roam and don't forget tons of water and excersise!! ------------------ | ||

there's this one guy at my gym, he's huge... man what a great pair of calves he has!!! they're incredible... i mean i would eat those, but then I'd probably die cuz they're made of silicone... that cheater has implants... if you're looking for the easy way out, don't ask bodybuilders, ask a surgeon! ------------------ "because I'm a genius" Sakuragi "muscle failure... and one more."
