Can someone please help me on this one I mean PLEASE because I really need this info! ! ! I want to learn how to control my calories I mean I want to be able to know how many calories I need to eat daily to loose or add weight or just simply to maintain same weight! This is a couple of things I have heard of that have to do with this issue: BMR=BasalMetabolicRate! AMR=ActiveMetabolicRate! MacroNutrient profile/ratio! Total Calorific Intake! I want more info on what this things are and how they work because I really think is very important! ! ! I seriously want to be able to control my calories so any help or advice that could help me get there would be of a lot of help for me! ! ! | ||

Bro...#1-do a search on www.dogpile.com for something like 'calorie counter' and a ton of sh*t should come up...#2-do a search on this board for the the same thing or just 'calories' and a ton of sh*t should come up...#3-log every single item you put into your body for one week, and monitor your weight/bodyfat very carefully, and see if you're going up/down, etc. This is not a hard concept to figure out...and this is not a flame, just lettin' you know what I think...good luck...are you trying to cut or bulk anyway?? Are you on a cycle or planning on starting one...all these factors play into the equation, too! ------------------ |
