One way to do it is add an extra 80lbs to your max get a spotter you can trust and do a couple negative reps as the last set on bench and also keep the weight heavy and do between 6-8 reps when your lifting ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Force reps. Lower the bar under you tits instead of in the middle and push back over your eyes. Get a wider grip. You will be weaker at first with the wider grip, but I will come back in a few weeks. DECLINE DECLINE INCLINE INCLINE. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Do heavy close grip presses for your triceps. Your triceps is doing a lot of the pushing when your locking out your arms. This really increases your tricep mass and strength. Never underestimate the power of heavy dumbells either. Also try this. It's called push-pause. Find your 2 repetition max. Press it once and then rack it. Now rest for 15-20 seconds and press it again. Repeat this process until you have performed 8-10 repetitions. Try to do at least 3 sets of 8-10 reps this way. Your total weight lifted will be much higher than normal. You'll be sore as hell the next day too if you do it right. ------------------ "Faster, faster, until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death." ![]() ![]() ![]()
