In America don't you have needle exxhanges? How do the junkies get holf of their works? We've had them here for about 15 years now because of HIV and the amount of IV drug use. Did simple, you just walk in, tell them what you want and walk out. No name or anything. Just watch you wallet though! ------------------ |
