i think this is a great idea, bulking or cutting if you are juiced. as we all know its good to train like a madman because of the recovery abilities. the normal rules go out the window. do you think it would be the same for cardio? seems to me that up to about 30 mins/5 days a week, or even more would be ok because of the steroids muscle preservation. normally when you do cardio you risk muscle loss, but comon, how much muscle are you gonna lose when you got high doses of deca, anadrol, winny or whatever in your system? | ||

Although I am an avid 'cardio fan,' actually just finished my morning jog a few minutes ago, I wouldn't necessarily add too much during a bulking cycle so that you get the most muscle for your $$...do enough to keep bodyfat levels in check, but no more, in my opinion...good topic, though... ------------------ | ||

This here is my problem with putting mass on. I AM A CARDIO FREAK. I absolutely love to run. Not on a cycle now so I am not overly concerned about putting on slabs of mass. I run 45 min 4 days a week now. When I don't run I look like shit. I hold more water than lake michigan. I don't run to get cut, I just do it to be in tip top shape. I am still able to grow but at the same time I don't gain any fat. So for me the benifits are well worth it. | ||

I did my Omna/DBol cycle this summer,no cardio at all. Put on 40lb. and kept 25lb. and I took clomid. Following my cycle I did heavy cardio and lost all of my water weight, which turned out to be 15lb. it's your call,do you want to get big then cardio or moderate gains and cardio while on cycle? |
