if you havent noticed the USA hasnt won gold medal in the Olympics in 40 years..what do you think that is contributed to? ------------------    | ||

Maybe you should pay a little bit more attention to the latest results. The Americans just won a gold in the womens weight lifting division because the Romanians got disqualified for being too stupid to mask their controlled substances. | ||

We powerlift and they weight lift. I was a member of the 92 US Team in Seville, Spain at U.S. Pavilion(Worlds Fair) we put on a powerlifting exhibition for the IOC. The pic I posted a little while back with all the people watching me lifte was from there. The must of not been to impressed. They did not like the judging of the Squats. | ||

checkmate, you are right US doe snot care about olympic lifting we strive for powerlifting records. That is why our upperbodies are by the far in biggest in the world. The majority of the BP records are held by Americans. Europeans/Russian's are very strong but their upperbodies are not as developed, probably due to all of the olympic lifting |
