Not another "how much ya bench" post. Marcus Schick of Germany benched a whopping 562 at 153 bodyweight a few weeks ago at the WPO meet in Daytona. A whopping 3.6 times bw bench. The guy is a midget (mighty short push) but STILL, an incredible bench. And I struggle for double bw...sad. ------------------     | ||

Oh, I was gonna tell how big my picnic bench is in my backyard. It's like 20ft long. Lots of people can sit around it.  | ||

really hacker? my bench is on roids it a hopin 40feet long, and can hold a good 40 people or like 6 really fat people. (it has re-enforced legs) to stop it from breaking when the fat 6 come along. haha |
