Hi there bros!

Quick synopsis of my cycle:

Week 1: Deca 300, Primo 400
Week 2: Deca 300, Primo 400
Week 3: Deca 400, Primo 400
Week 4: Deca 400, Primo 400
Week 5: Deca 300, Primo 400, Winny 50 EOD
Week 6: Deca 300, Primo 200, Winny 50 EOD
Week 7: Winny 100 EOD
Week 8: Winny 100 EOD

Then clomid EOD as normal, then ED at the end.

Beginning stats:
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 232 (~12-13% fat)

Goals: Increase in strength and more cuts (want to see my abs...).

Ending Stats:
Height: 6'3" (Dang, didn't grow!
Weight: 253

Some notes:
Previous to this cycle, I was eating low-carb (almost no-carb) and went to a more 'traditional' diet. Ate plenty of protein, but I do think that probably 8-10 lbs of that gain was from water from eating carbs. I haven't tested my fat, but I can see the outline of my abs (couldn't before) but I still have love handles to get rid of. My strength is up (set some personal bests on a few lifts!) and I'm DEFINITELY bigger. My shirts are tighter and the legs of my pants are tighter. What's cool is that even though I added about 20 pounds, my belt is still in the SAME POSITION! Very cool!!

As for side effects, I didn't really notice too many. I was deathly afraid of Deca Dick (no test in this cycle), but had no problem (Actually, I had the REVERSE 'problem'). I did, however, completely break out in zits this week. All over. Lots on the back, and some on the legs, 2 on my face, and 2 on my stomach.

All in all, this cycle (my very first!) was a good experience, although I should have been better on my diet! I'm already planning on my next one! I plan to take 8 weeks off and then do something like the following:

Week 1: 750 Sust
Week 2: 750 Sust
Week 3: 750 Sust, 300 Equi.
Week 4: 750 Sust, 300 Equi.
Week 5: 500 Sust, 300 Equi.
Week 6: 500 Sust, 300 Equi.
Week 7: 500 Sust, 300 Equi.
Week 8: 500 Sust, 300 Equi.

Then adding the clomid, et al.

Any suggestions or pointers from the bros out there are GREATLY appreciated. Thanks to all my bros who helped me out!!

Congrats on those good gains. That second cycle looks pretty good. I would leave it alone. Good Luck on your next one.

I would run the primo as long as you can! Great gains and good luck. Remeber abs SUCK!! You will not get that 6 pack you want untill you body fat % in under 9% so deit and power ab training is a must!
